Hi, my name is Gert and i am a German, located in the middle of Germany.
Most of this web is in German language. Many units are too big to be shipped. These units must be picked up at my location. That´s mostly impossible for buyers outside from Germany.
Inside this web you will find detailed informations about all products. On many pages, we did start to add the "buy it now" price to have an idea about our limits. I did successfully bid and win more than 750 items since 2000 in the US, Canadian and Australian market. With that experience, i have built this web, to supply more (i hope all) informations, especially about shipment and packing costs, ebay costs, pickup and location.
Because of the new europen law, i must offer and initiate all auctions and sales myself as a private person, not as a company. However, if you need an invoice (and if we can supply one), all items will be declared as defect, broken or dead, even if they are brand new and perfectly working. All our auctions are declared as "no return". So check carefully, what you are interesed in before bidding.
But please dont worry, we are doing business since 30 years now and we do a honest business.
1. If an unit is placed in ebay, you can no more give me a "buy it now order" directly. If an unit has not got any bids, you may buy it directly.
2. All parts have one or more high quality digital photos and/or a detailed description. I am working on a fair and honest way to deal with you. I run my own Company for more than 25 years, working in the consultant-, network- and provider business. And you may look here and look here.
3. I am not (at the moment) an internet shop or auction house.
4. Sorry, but i do not own a perfect shipment department neither a huge mass of boxes and packing material.
5. All heavy and very heavy units will produce a lot of work and tremendous shipment and packing costs, so better pick it up free of cost all the time. This makes sense, if you are located in Germany only or very close to me !!!
6. If you pick up these heavy unit(s), you pay the ebay price only. If I get your order, to ship it to you, you pay high actual shipment costs, expensive handling / packing costs (minimum US$ 30.-/ 30.- Euro) and ebay costs. These heavy units have a special notice. Pls calculate 20.- Euros for shipping inside Germany and a minimum of 70.- Euro within the Euroland.
7. In all other cases, you dont pay any ebay costs !!!!!
8. Currently, I do not handle creditcards for charging money. Wire transfer in EURO is standard. An exception for North American / US bidders is a companies check to my handling agent in Fairfield/California. But you have to wait for clearing. German bidders look here. New for European bidders. You may send your bidders price and the shipment and handling costs within an envelope with the need of signing the reception of that envelope (called registerd letter). But you must put Euro´s as papermoney inside the envelope, no coins and its on your own risc until it does arrive here and i do personally sign the reception. I heard, the the banks even in the Euroland will charge a lot of money to transfer foreign money and !!!! Euro´s. Nobody knows why, but it is. The way with a registerd letter is the cheapest method to pay inside Europe.
9. All communication (E-Mail and Fax) must include my item number, better you include the auction number too. 10. From now on (july 02), its no more possible, to pack and ship items below 10 Euro. For me it´s consequently impossible, to spend so much time in packing. So you must pick it up or however, dont bid.
"No Return" of all sold items and all free additional gifts, no exceptions. This is "Sparky", a huge dog, but a lovely dog, up to the time you will bring back something. Then Sparky is realy hungry (for your legs). Better pick it up, there you see what you get.
You know, we have the EURO as our new currency. All payments in EURO please (except US buyers). I have special rules fur US buyers. (this means, you may send a check from any US Bank to my partner in California).
